These are just too priceless to not share.
The snap war began early Easter morning when the Hemann's sent this snap.
Then Michelle followed it up with this snap chat
followed by Marybeth
then Hannah
Then I started retaliating with sending one of my mom
then dad
Then Amanda joined in the fun!
Let's not forget Jake's
Yes my family is strange, but how can you not love them?!

Phone Dump
Every few weeks I clear my phone pictures, and I feel the need to share a few....
Charlie is all about multitasking when getting his diaper changed.
The vacuum is VERY interesting these days.
Sol just hanging around
Charlie loved playing with Morgyn and Mayson at Kaylee's birthday party. I babysat Morgyn every day after work the year that Tony and I started dating. Our 2nd date was actually spent taking her for a walk on the trails.
Morgyn tickling toes
Here's Charlie chasing Mayson
Silly face photo session before school one morning
Sporting Harvey's helmet before his first bike ride
and the bike ride begins!

Easter Fun!
This year, as I do every year, we went to the sunrise service at my Mom's church on Easter. Charlie was an excellent little worshipper. He enjoyed being in a smaller sanctuary. He could actually follow along and watch Pastor when he was preaching. It was nice to have lots of extra hands too. He spent a lot of time on Grandpa Buck's and Aunt Amanda's laps.
After church, we headed to my parent's house for a delicious Easter breakfast with my Great Aunt Elinor. Mom made biscuits and sausage gravy. One of our family favorites! The Easter Bunny made a few deliveries to Grandma Becky and Grandpa Buck's house. Charlie got his very first Veggie Tale's book. It sings "Jesus Christ is Risen Today". We hear that song MANY times a day now! Aunt Amanda and Uncle Will made an Easter basket delivery too. Charlie got some cool Ninja Turtle shades as well as some other fun little toys. Here he is in his new shades:
After Charlie's morning nap, we went out to Willow Hill for a yummy Easter lunch of BBQ ribs. It was WONDERFUL! I was a little sad to miss out on ham, that is until I took a bite of the ribs. Wow, best idea ever Cher! After Charlie's afternoon nap, the Easter bunny had made some deliveries around the yard. We headed out to find all the Easter baskets.
The Easter bunny helps the kids out by putting balloons by each of the baskets. Charlie enjoyed holding the balloons for Maya so she could keep running!
Grandpa Bob stuck pretty close to Charlie during the hunt.
Maya found ALL of the baskets for us, and then she delivered them as well.
Here's Maya delivering Grandma Jayne's basket
After the hunt, we had a visitor from the barn. Charlie was quite scared when he was up this close. The lamb was equally scared and was bleated pretty loudly. Once we backed Charlie up, he enjoyed the little lamb more.
What an absolute sweet lamb!
I'm so glad I got to capture this sweet picture when we were playing around on the deck:

Easter Egg Madness
My family has a tradition to dye Easter eggs every year on Good Friday. It was always held at Grandma Jeannette's house, but then Aunt Amy took it over when Grandma passed away. This year, Amy was working a half day, so I offered to be the hostess. I invited my inlaws as well, so we had a full house, but it was lots of fun!
Laur and Meg were very serious about their egg dying. Jill brought these cool sleeves for the eggs. I should've taken a picture of them. You slip them on the eggs, then drop the egg in very hot water. The sleeve shrinks right around the egg. Very fun!
Mom and Connor
Kaylee, Nathan and Cher were working hard as well.
Laur took a break to snuggle with her great nephew.
Aunt Amy is supervising
Cousin loving.
I didn't get any pictures of them, but Brian and Maya came as well. They enjoyed playing with Charlie and eating some pizza with us!

Weeknight Cooking
I don't know about you, but I struggle with supper during the week. When Charlie is at daycare, he is "starving" at 5! That doesn't give me a lot of time to make something for us let alone something somewhat nutritious. I'm so thankful I found this blog www.number-2-pencil.com! She has A TON of one skillet meals that take less than 30 minutes to make. I have been trying each of them out, and they are DELICIOUS! I thought I'd share the ones we tried and loved! I can't keep these easy meals a secret....We just add a fruit and vegetable to the table and we're good to go!
Enchilada Pasta. We didn't put the black olives on there, but I'm sure if you're a fan they would taste great! http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2013/12/09/one-pan-enchilada-pasta/
Stuffed Bell Peppers-This is by far our favorite so far. http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2013/07/24/one-pan-skillet-stuffed-bell-peppers/
Skillet Lasagna-We just had this last night. I thought the sauce needed a little oomph, so I did add some basil in there as well. http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2013/08/30/skillet-lasagna-easy-one-pan-meal/
Cheeseburger Casserole http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2013/06/26/one-pot-cheeseburger-casserole/
Chicken Alfredo- this was the first I tried. Yummm http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2013/06/06/one-pan-chicken-alfredo/
Skillet Enchiladas-Tony was a little skeptical at first because it looked a little funny, but it sure tasted good. I added black beans to this one. http://www.number-2-pencil.com/2012/04/17/skillet-enchiladas/

Park Pics
We've been enjoying the beautiful sun this past week. It's been a bit windy, but that doesn't slow Charlie down. Here are some pictures from our adventures to Lake Florence and Meadow Park's Kiddie Park.
We were on the park trails heading to Bear Cave when I thought a selfie was in order. Charlie led the way with his tongue out!
This tunnel was the highlight of our Florence Park trip. He screamed when we said it was time to go.
Tonight we went to Meadow Park Kiddie Park. It was just Charlie's size.
This slide was a little intimidating, so Tony went down with him.

Just a snap away...
There are times in my day that I receive snap chats that I just feel the need to screen shot. Let me share a few of those with you all...You may get a good laugh out of some of them!
Natalie hijacked her mom's phone!
Jake sent me this before Charlie's Hungry Caterpillar party
This is my mom's creepy doll that was in my room. Meg found it and they thought it was funny to snap me...
Charlie was crying in the car on our way up north. Natalie was giving some cousin loving to cheer him up!
No words can explain Kelly...
